She is survived by: her sons, David Lee VanHorn (Mary) of Lorain and James VanHorn (Patricia) of Bremen; her grandchildren, Zack VanHorn (Katie), Ashley Fortcamp, Brittney Owens (Cameron), Russell VanHorn (Jessica), Amy Shonebarger, Crystal Myers (Shawn) and Gary Hughes (Tara); and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Madison, Brooklyn, Carter, Bentley, Gabriella, Bexley, Camdon, Jackson, Berkley, Emily, Joey, Sami, Robert, Russell, Avery and Kylie.
