He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Chapman and Pearl Chapman (Harr); his wife Kathleen Sue Chapman; and his siblings, Beulah, Robert and Willis Ray.
He is survived by: his son Chris Chapman (Angie); and his sisters, Charlene, Sharon, Yvonne, Margie, Jeanie and Kerry. He is also survived by 3 grandsons, numerous nieces, nephews.
