She was predeceased by: her former husband Noah Miller; and her father James Tillipaw Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Harry Provan; her mother Jean Tillapaw; her siblings, James Tillapaw Jr. (Cindy) and Jill Hershberger (Atlee); her children, Jake Miller, Meredith Crider (Matt), Megen Provan and Ned Provan; and her grandchildren, Jonah Crider and Morgen Schreiner.
