He is survived by: his sons, Richard "Rick" Phillips (Ed Murray) of Palm Coast, Florida, Troy Phillips (Linda) of Dundee, Ohio and Scott Phillips (David Kling) of Huron, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Kayla Miller (Tyler), Josh Phillips (Miranda), Jon Phillips, Anthony Phillips and Elizabeth Phillips; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Everett, Chase and Hadley; and his siblings, Sharon Souder (Don), Cyns Stutzman (Dale), Portia Schneider (Larry), Brad Phillips (Cheryl) and Steph Miller (Karl).
