He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Brubaker and Emma Brubaker (Lynn); his wife Lila Lee Brubaker (Kinder); his children, Lorri Morse and Eric Brubaker; and his siblings, William Brubaker, Orin Brubaker, Otis "Bud" Brubaker, Fred "Dykes" Brubaker, Ray Brubaker, Zelda Coley and Leona Kernik.

He is survived by: his son Brent "Skip" Brubaker (Marci); and his granddaughters, Sarah Morse and Marisa Fellin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Armstrong Mills Cemetery.
