She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ulczynski and Helen Ulczynski; and her brother Casimir Krupinski. She is survived by: her husband Frank Faldowski III of Rayland, Ohio; her daughters, Melissa Szczepanik (Greg) of Raleigh and Dawn Roxberry (Todd) of Wadsworth, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Jack, John, Andrew and Ally Roxberry.
