She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur E. Bonene and Ruth "Bunny" Bonene (Wrasinski); and her sister Bonnie Riesbeck. She is survived by: her husband George E. Mooney; her child Roanan Mooney (Heidi); her grandchildren, Ryan, Julia and Beau; and her brothers, Arthur R. and Joseph Bonene. She is also survived by her family, her three grandchildren, 16 nieces and nephews.
