He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph J. Husvar and Pauline Husvar (Dolak); and his sister Cheryl DeLong. He is survived by : his wife Hazel Husvar (Shaner); his sons, Kevin Husvar (Michelle) and Jason Husvar (Tammy); his stepchildren, Charlene, Cheryl and Charles Haese; his grandchildren, Kevin, Destiny, Matthew and Jason Husvar; his great grandchildren, Karter Husvar and Wyatt Kanyuch; his siblings, Donna Davenport (Gary), Candy Helms, Susan Kinsey (Bill), Paula Bartnicki (John) and Mike Husvar (Cindy); and his brother-in-law Bernie DeLong.
