He is survived by: his wife Bernice Howell (Baker); his children, Gregory Howell (Pat) of Reston, VA, Debbra Bassa (Bob) of St. Clairsville and Theresa McCort (Ben) of Newcomerstown; his grandchildren, Logan, Austin Bassa, Hayley, Alaina and Rylee McCort; and his brother Larry Howell (Diane) of Shadyside. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
