He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Carlier and Carol Carlier (Mellott); his sister Alexis Scarnecchia; his aunt Sherry Carlier; and his brother-in-law Mark Milbert.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Carlier of Bridgeport, Ohio; his siblings, Carol Anne Carlier of Bridgeport, Ohio and Charles Carlier (Cheryl) of Bridgeport, Ohio; his uncle Danny Carlier of Belmont, Ohio; and his brother-in-law Mike Scarnecchia of St. Clairsville, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
