She was predeceased by: her parents, Giosue DiClemente and Mary Ann DiClemente (Guitiani); her husband Thomas "Briggle" Lesnick; her daughter Jule Ann Romick; her brothers, Louis, Leonard and Alexander DiClemente; her grandsons, Chad Stein and Sean "Sparky" Romick; her niece Mary Ann Armstrong; her nephew William DiClemente; her stepson Joey Lesnick; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Biscan and Dorothy Tierney.
She is survived by: her son Charles Stein; her son-in-law Mike Romick; her grandchildren, Shannon, Meggie (Kellette), Goody, Katie, Emily, Christin, Charles and Alex; her stepchildren, Lee Anne Hill (Rob), Thomas Lesnick (Angie) and Mary Lesnick (Angela); and her brother-in-law Edward Lesnick (Mary) of St. She is also survived by 8 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren.
