He was predeceased by: his parents, James White and Helen White (Long). He is survived by: his wife Barbara White (Boles). He is also survived by two sons; two stepsons; a stepdaughter; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two brothers; three sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
