He was predeceased by: his daughter Hannah N. Bailey; and his sister Heidi Caldwell. He is survived by: his parents, James M. Bailey of Brilliant, OH and Regina M. Bailey (Staymate) of Brilliant, OH.; his sons, Benjamen H. Bailey, II of Tiltonsville, OH, Mark A. Bailey of Weirton, WV and Derrick J. Bailey of Tiltonsville, OH; his close friend Candice Kennedy of Brilliant, OH; and his siblings, Jimmy Bailey of Brilliant, OH, Erik Bailey of Yorkville, OH and Tammy Frazer (Kevin) of Brilliant, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
