He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven D. Kovach, and Josephine S. "Josie" Kovach, Sr. (Rudnicki); and his brother Steven Kovach, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Bryan Kovach, Jr. (Nikki) of Wintersville, OH and Mark Kovach (Shekela Boone) of New Braunfels, TX; his brother Douglas Kovach (Mirashan) of Coppers Cove; and his grandchildren, Peyton Kovach, Kaylee Kovach, Elijah Maewether, Emanuel Delancy and Elizabeth Boone.
