He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde L. "Smitty" Smith and Lois J. "Jeane" Smith (Rouse); and his close friend Tina M. Doty. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Smith of Brilliant, OH, Bonnie Zavolta (Donnie) of Mingo Junction, OH, Donna Hanlin of Bloomingdale, OH and David L. Smith (Sherry Ridge) of Tucson, AZ; his close friend Marie Gardner of Weirton, WV; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
