She is survived by: her children, Troy Simmons (Jennifer) of Shadyside, OH and Shauna Simmons of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Karissa Fellows (Corey), Ericka Simmons and Landen Simmons; her great grandchildren, Rylan and Braiden Edgell; and her caregivers, Lois Baker, Laura Work and Cathy Risdon.
