He is survived by: his parents, Fred Hart and Carol Hart (Lauderbaugh); his wife Lisa Hart; his children, Trevor Hart (Courtney), Tyler Hart (Taylor) and Ella Hart; his grandchildren, Dawson, Finley Hart and Sage Huggins; his siblings, Freddie Hart Jr. (Phyllis), Lori Neely and Pamela Hart; and his siblings' children, Dana Wilson (Devon), Emily Strouse (Nathan), Freddie Hart III, Anthony Hart, Megan Williams, Lauren Blackshear (Jay), Josh Neely (Jordan), Stacia Davis and Justin Davis.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fischer Funeral Home (403 High St, Danville, OH 43014). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
