It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ruth Palmer of Broadview Heights, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Frank E. Andrews; and her son Richard "Rick" Palmer. She is survived by : her husband Allen F. Palmer; her daughters, Susan Herold (Robert) and Caryn Cody (Mike); her grandchildren, Justin Palmer (Joyce), Ben Palmer, Bobby Herold (Georgia), Sammy Pande (Varun), Danny Cody (Rachel Simonetti) and Kayla Cody; her great grandchildren, Minka, Mia, Avi, Niam and Laney; and her siblings, Robert Andrews (Jo) and Beverly Whitmarsh (late Steve).
