He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda E. Leyba of Jefferson, Ohio, Terry A. Funtash (Robert) of Rome, Sally Burnett and Paula R. Walker (Clifford E.); and his caregiver Lamont. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, along with many great-nieces and great-nephews.
