He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Diane Mikols; his daughter Lori Wittine; and his father Joseph Mikolajski. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Chiuchiarelli (Rick); his grandchildren, Joseph Wittine (Emma), Eric Wittine (Annette), Stephanie Chiuchiarelli, Robert Chiuchiarelli, Andrea DeFrank (Michael), Anthony Mikols (Samantha) and Brian Mikols; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Stella, Cora, Milo, Greta, Otto Wittine, Ivy, Max DeFrank, Mickey, Waylon and Miles Mikols.
