He was predeceased by: his sisters-in-law, Barbara Reid and Ruth Ann Burns. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sister Marilyn Fidler; and his sibling's children, Janelle Zoker, Jennifer Zoker, Aymie Burns, Ellie Burns, Carrie Burns, Jesse Burns, Jennifer Reid and Mike Reid.

Due to allergies, in leu of flowers or live plants, donations may be made to Cuyahoga Valley Church Benevolence Fund, Holy Family Hospice, or the Cleveland Animal Protective League.
