He is survived by: his children, Jim Egan (Susan), Paul Egan, John Egan (Amy), Katherine Schmidt (Michael) and Elizabeth Gaynor (Michael); his stepdaughters, Julie Downey and Colleen Cruickshank (Rick); his grandchildren, Katie, John, Hannah, Margaret, Nathan and Collin; and his brother James Egan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
