She was predeceased by: her husband Pasquale "Pat" Donofrio; her parents, Angelo Viccarone and Emma Viccarone; and her sisters, Maria "Mary" Sardo (John) and Nicolina "Madeline" Costanzo (Salvatore).
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Donofrio (Jeanne Halladay) and Yvonne Donofrio (Michele Sampson).
