She was predeceased by: her daughter Crystal Stein; her parents, Lester Futrell and Bernice Futrell; and her siblings, Linda Truskowski and Mike Bayer.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Stein (John Lockwood) and Matthew Stein (late Nicole); and her grandchildren, Jewel Yarger-Kopchu (Mike), Mason Yarger, Mak Stein, Christina Stein, Shandi Stein and Maggie Lockwood. She is also survived by her family, friends.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (14609 Brookpark Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142).
