With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Douglas W. Mountcastle of Brook Park, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his father Donald S. Mountcastle Sr. Loving; and his brother David. He is survived by: his children, Nick (Lauren), Kraissa (Alex Michetti) and Corey; his grandchildren, Makay, Alexa, Luca, Carter and Izabelle; his mother Sharon Loving; his siblings, Ken (Sharon), Lori Marshall (late David), Donald Jr. (late Dawn), Timothy and Daniel (Deanna); and his pet Minnie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Homes (86 Adalbert St, Berea, OH 44017). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Berea Animal Rescue, 10015 E. River Rd., Columbia Station, OH 44028.
