He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Whitney and Alan David; his brother Greg David; his grandchildren, Samantha Lewis (Justin), Gwendolyn Whitney, Nichole Whitney and Jacob Whitney (Alana); his great grandchild Gianna Cresante; and his nieces, Liz David and Kristine David.
