He was predeceased by : his wife Eleanor; his parents, Joseph Satorius and Susan Satorius; his children, Deborah Peterson (Dennis) and Joseph; and his siblings, Frank (Donna) and Helen Cvelbar (Paul).

He is survived by : his children, Robert (Mary Lou), Daniel, Judith Hansen (Lawrence) and Patricia Taylor (Devinn).
