She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Way Phalyvong and Ome Phalyvong; her children, Cambria Adkins, Logan Adkins and Willow Underwood; her sister Becky Thomas (Edward); and her nieces and nephews, Eddie Thomas Jr. and Aiden Thomas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Humenik Funeral Chapel (14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142).
