Robert John Smith Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Robert John Smith of Brook Park, Ohio. Robert, born on March 16, 1937, passed away on October 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lou Ella; his children, Mary Kay Whittimore-Bonk (late John) and Bobby Smith; his brothers, Larry and Harvey; his grandchildren, Jamie, Jeremy and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Chelsea, Joshua and Juliette.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Humenik Funeral Chapel (14200 Snow Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mary Queen of the Apostles Church (6455 Engle Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142). A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at the Holy Cross Cemetery (14609 Brookpark Rd, Brook Park, OH 44142).
