She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hafner and Thelma Hafner; her husband Thomas M. Herrick, Sr.; and her brother Ray. She is survived by: her son Thomas M. Herrick Jr. (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Thomas D. (Sarah) and Kristen (Kirk); her great grandchildren, David and Jade; her brother John Hafner (Linda); and her sister-in-law Diane.
