She is survived by: her sons, Steven Eddy of Youngstown and Jayce Payne (Sabrina) of Bristol, VA; her brother Robert Penn (Lisa) of East Liverpool; her grandchildren, Rosalie, Jessicah Payne, Joshua and Bridgett Eddy; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle and Samantha. She is also survived by her nieces and nephew.
