He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Evakich and Zora Evakich (Crniak); and his son Michael Evakich. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Shuttleworth; his children, Barbie Hoffman (Richard) of Castalia, OH and Jason Evakich of Hubbard, OH; his grandchildren, Zachary Hoffman (Shelby), Whitney, Chasity Evakich and Michenzi Butcher (Danny); and his sister Andrea Gierhart of Michigan. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
