She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Stanley Cichocki and Jeanne Cichocki; her brother Bruce Cichocki; and her sister-in-law LaVonne Cichocki. She is survived by: her children, Kristen (Peter Kobalka) and Ryan (Katherine Busch); her grandchildren, James, Jude and Robin; her brothers, Charles Cichocki (Paola) and William Cichocki; and her sister-in-law Anne Cichocki. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
