He is survived by: his wife Linda Meyer (Evans); his sister Phyllis Fox; his daughter Meadow Meyer; his former wife Marcia Meyer (Kramer); his children, Suzzanne Campbell, Denise Winthein and Brent Meyer; his grandchildren, Christopher Campbell (Taylor), Austin Campbell, Brandon Campbell, Alizia Causey (Jonathon), Elijah Winthein, Zakira Winthein and Willow Bendele; and his great grandchildren, Jake Oda, Alyssa Oda, Ivery Carver, Daniel Campbell, Jackson Causey and Kai Causey.
