It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Montgomery of Brookville, Ohio, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Negangard and Pearlie Negangard (Behnken); her former husband Raymond Ertel; her husband Russell Montgomery; her daughter Rebecca Ertel Pugh; her sister Clara Schlievert; her grandchildren, Deborah Edwards and James Kendel Jr.; her brother-in-law Albert Montgomery; and her sons-in-law, Donald Crowe and Michael Greely.
She is survived by: her daughters, Maribeth Crowe and Susan Greely; her grandchildren, Rani and Zach Crowe; her stepgrandson Steven Pugh; her great grandchildren, Jamie, Justin Izor and Jaycee Crowe; her great great grandchildren, Peyton Mae and Dylan Izor; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Montgomery. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
