He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert J. Phillabaum and Marguerite C. Phillabaum (Stouffman); his brother Daniel L. Phillabaum; and his sister-in-law Diane Phillabaum. He is survived by : his wife Gail L. Phillabaum (Heckman); his children, Dana R. Phillabaum (Linda) and Dawn E. Gibboney (Robert); his brother David Phillabaum; his sister-in-law Gayle Phillabaum; his grandchildren, Ashley, Hunter, Victoria and George; and his great grandchildren, Adilyn and Sawyer.
