He was predeceased by: his siblings, Melvin Rutherford and Mary Porter. He is survived by: his wife Victoria Rutherford; his children, Blake Rutherford (Lyna), Natalie Rutherford and Molly Hummel (Zach); his grandchildren, Lucy, Nola, Mila, Gwen and Zealand; and his sister Brenda Patterson (Gary).
