He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Watkins and Violet Watkins (Wallace); his granddaughter Shawna Keaton; and his siblings, Lowell Watkins, Jane Buckingham and Sharon Holmes.
He is survived by: his wife Mathilde Watkins (Kraft); his daughters, Jeanie Reimann (Jim) and Julie Sriram (Chad); his stepchildren, Sonja Keaton (Raymond), Monica McNew (Bud), Christine DeSouza (Sergio) and Tony Mehr (Kelly); his grandchildren, Julie (Rob), Lacey, Kyle, Shanti, Darren (Elisha), Christopher (Leandra), Stefanie (Brody), Justin (Emily), Alicia, Vanessa (Phil), Nick, Jacob, Kristina (Matt) and Keegan; and his sisters, Virginia Robinson and Linda Watkins. He is also survived by 21 Great Grandchildren, numerous other family members and friends.
