He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorse Green and Eva Lucille Green; his former wife Helen Green; and his siblings, Ted Green and Kotha "Green" Vest.
He is survived by: his wife Sherrie "Dice" Green; his sons, Nick Green (Tammy) and Dan Green (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Dustin, Taylor, Chris, Abby, Alexandra and Allison; and his sister Beverly "Green" Mislan. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
