Laverna Rae Stiver Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laverna Rae Stiver of Brookville, Ohio, who passed away on August 11, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pertal H. Hamilton-Niekamp and Marcella Hamilton-Niekamp (Wheeler); her husband Robert Eugene Stiver; her siblings, Doris Comer, Barbara Duckro and Pertal H. "Bill" Hamilton; her brothers-in-law, Edward "Ed" Comer and John Ducko; and her stepson Larry Stiver.

She is survived by: her close friend Barbara Flory; and her stepdaughters, Mary and Pam. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
