She was predeceased by: her parents, Samual E. Overton and Jo Ree Overton (Graham); her former husband David W. Risner Sr.; her husband Paul H. Hoops; her siblings, Ann, Verlin, Don, Delena, Edwina and Barbara; and her stepdaughter Kayelynn Hoops.
She is survived by: her children, David W. Risner (Martha), Rhonda D. Risner, Randall S. Risner and Susan Risner-Bang; her stepson Martin Hoops; her grandchildren, Jennah (Jack), Joseph, Josephine, Olivia, Molly, Grace, Lily, Kierra, Brianna and Malia; her stepgrandchildren, Jennifer, Danielle, Renee and Brian; her great grandchildren, Aeden, Guinivere, Allaric and Arminius; and her siblings, Juanita, Evelyn, Carol, Wayne, Kyle and Darrell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
