He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Rob" Phillips and Ruthanne Phillips. He is survived by: his sister Robyne Clark of Arcanum; his sibling's children, Kelsye Clark of Nashville, TN and Cody Clark of Littleton, CO; and his cousins, Gary Sult (Michele), Susie Rock (David), Lisa Zellers, Donald Phillips Jr. (Jennifer), Debbie Roeser (Larry) and Terri Barnard (John).
