He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wayne and Elta Lavonne Leonard Evans; and his sister Patty Evans. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn L. Evans (Crouse); his sons, Todd Evans (Kirsten) and Scott Evans; his grandchildren, Grace Evans, Cole Evans, Claire Evans and Andrew Evans; his brothers, David Evans (Judy), Daniel Evans and Steven Evans; his siblings-in-law, James Crouse and Kathy Souders (Mark); his niece Leah Bergman (Nick); his nephews, James Evans (Nicole), Mark Evans and Matthew Evans; and his godson Carson Bergman. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, church family, and friends.
