He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gavlik and Daisy Gavlik (Cordery); and his sister Sondra Eddy. He is survived by: his wife Janice (Morrison); his children, Sharon Richardson, Shane Gavlik (Joy) and Troy Gavlik (Nicky); and his grandsons, James Richardson and Daniel Richardson. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
