He is survived by: his children, Terry Fulkerson (Jeanie), Ken Fulkerson (Kim), Alan Fulkerson (Lisa), Nancy McCarthy (Brian) and Julie Neel (Jason); his grandchildren, Shannon Smith (Andrew), Kaitie Newbrough (Brian), Mike Fulkerson, Ryan McCarthy (Erin), Craig McCarthy (Brianne), Jake Smith (Autumn), Hunter, Cooper and Teague Neel; and his sister Linda Curd (John). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
