He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Courtney Phillips (Quran) and Kevin Kowal (Kalie); his grandchildren, Taylor Anthony and Camille Ardeen; his siblings, Joseph Kowal (Bernie) and Kathy Kowal; his siblings-in-law, Janet Sheets (Ken), Beth Bakker (Clyde) and Becki Zakowski (Randy); his siblings' children, Mark (Angie), Kelly, Kristy (Dan), Nicole, Paul, Ricky Corinne (Leslie), Tristan, Allison (Nick) and Eric (Lindsey); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eva, Alex, Bella, Basha, Lily, Emily, Trip and Ella.
Donations may be made in Anthony's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
