He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Rebick and Julia Rebick (Kaffan); his wife Ellen; his former wife Nancy; his son Todd; and his sister Bea.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Lumadue (Don Kosinski), Terri Dillon (Rusty), Mike Rebick (Laura) and Marc Rebick (Toni); and his stepson Patrick Jorski (Susan). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
