She was predeceased by: her parents, Norine Clara Foster and Leonard Perkins; her husband Otis Britten Stephens; her siblings, Amos Perkins, Irene Meadows, Harry Perkins, Leonard Perkins, MacArthur Perkins, Geraldine Perkins and Bobby Lee Perkins; her grandson Elijah Miller; and her great grandchildren, Sam McDevitt and Baby Lance.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Humberson (Brent) and Donna Miller (Jeffery); her grandchildren, Laura Lance (Brandon), Lisa McDevitt (Christopher), Michael Humberson (Madelaine), Anastasia Brooks (Evan), Irina Humberson-Grubbs (Dylan), Alexandra Humberson and Abigail Miller; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Lance, Jane McDevitt, Bailey McDevitt and Cara McDevitt; and her sisters, Joyce Wilson and Rosetta Gibson.
