She is survived by: her grandchildren, Mike Wampler (Stephanie), Hayley Demeter, Abbey Ptak, Chase Demeter, Beau Ptak and Bev; her brother Jerry Mazanec (Judy); and her in-laws, Joe Ptak (Dolly) and Karla Ptak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private, but donations to the wonderful Hospice Services of Southwest General would be appreciated.
