He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald Thomas and Sandy Ward. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Troy Allan Thomas and Jenine Ann Hicks; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Tyler and Breezy Hicks; and his sister Shirley Large (Howard).

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be sent to Hope Church in Chuck's name.
